Virtual Individual Therapy
A space that’s just for you.
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space that is just for you. A place to slow things down, make sense of your inner world, and work through patterns that may be impacting your confidence, emotional wellbeing, and relationships. This work can be helpful if you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or noticing that you avoid, shut down, or push through difficult feelings. Together, we focus on building emotional tolerance and self-trust so you can stay present with your experiences rather than feeling controlled by them.
Over time, individual therapy can support a steadier sense of self, clearer boundaries, and a more grounded relationship with your emotions.
Virtual Relationship Therapy
Support for healthier, more connected relationships.
Relationship therapy offers a space to slow down difficult dynamics and better understand what’s happening between you and the people you care about. This work supports romantic partners as well as other meaningful relationships where communication, trust, or emotional closeness feel strained. Therapy can be helpful when conflict feels repetitive, communication breaks down, or emotional distance starts to grow. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness and tolerance so conversations feel safer and more constructive rather than reactive or avoidant.
Over time, relationship therapy can support stronger connection, clearer communication, and a more secure foundation for relating to one another.
In Person Therapy (Individual & Relationship)
Individual and couples sessions held in person at 1179 King St W, Toronto, on Monday evenings. Sessions are available in 50 or 75 minutes for those who value the grounded, face-to-face experience of sitting with their therapist in a private, comfortable space.
Walk & Talk Therapy: Individual
Therapy that meets you in motion.
Walk and talk therapy offers the option to meet outdoors while walking side by side. This can feel more accessible for those who find sitting face to face challenging or who feel more at ease moving while they talk. Sessions take place in downtown Toronto and are available for individual therapy when weather allows. This format can support grounding, emotional regulation, and a sense of ease while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.
